Role & responsibilities

Looking for Depot Manager for Electric Buses operations for SURAT Location

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with SMC Official & ensure smooth execution of overall operations at Depot Level.
• Supervise day to day activities of Depot staff & ensure all scheduled activities are performed as per the Company guidelines.
• Plan work schedules, Prepare duty allocation, Ensure Maximum productivity of all resources.
• Closely monitor deployment of vehicle fleet & resources as per the planned schedule.
• Maintain discipline at the work premises & achieve targeted productivity of team members
• Resolve operational issues at Depot location.
• Prepare daily / monthly MIS Reports & provide to Head Office.
• Keep check on Petty cash expenses/ at Depot level & ensure proper accounting

Preferred candidate profile

Having Exposure of Public Transport / Logistic industry

Experience : 5-10 Yrs
