Chaayos - Associate Director - Analytics (10-15 yrs)

The customer Insights Lead is a new role carved out to. The holder of this role will have the following responsibilities:

1. Collate multiple data sources and create on source of truth for all business metric

2. Clean up existing dashboards and create new ones to ensure seamless availability of data across the organisation

3. Identify and implement tools (as required) to enable ease of data analysis for people across the org

4. Deep dive into data to come back with insights which are either missed today or being asked to analyse

5. Talk to customers on regular basis to marry data insights with customer feedback to come back with concrete answers to ongoing or specific business problems

Ideal customer would have:

1. Crazy good analytical skills and enjoys dissecting data

2. Must have prior experience in analytics and data insighting in a B2C organisation at a senior level

3. Prior experience in CLM/CRM is preferred

4. Must be from Engg or Economics background, Tier 1 Preferred
