SFC Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated BC-SFC Support Engineer to join our IndiaRIM team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of SQL development, system administration, and basic knowledge of ERP and shop floor control systems. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent problem-solving abilities, technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling support tickets through ServiceNow portal. As a BC-SFC Support Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and resolving issues related to BC-SFC, monitoring the system's performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position requires flexibility and the ability to work across different shifts as part of a rotating schedule.

Experience: 2 to 3 years in a technical support or similar role with a focus on SQL development.

Technical Skills:

1. Strong proficiency in SQL for database queries and development.
2. Basic knowledge of system administration in a Windows environment; Linux knowledge is a plus.
3. Familiarity with ERP systems (Apparel ERP knowledge is a plus).
4. Basic understanding of shop floor control systems is optional but beneficial.

1. ServiceNow: Prior experience working with ServiceNow or any other IT ticketing system.
2. Shift Work: Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
