CQM Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a CQM (Clinical Quality Measures) Analyst with SQL Development expertise. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions to monitor and improve clinical quality measures. This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of CQM reporting standards, and hands-on experience with SQL development for data extraction and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

CQM Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze clinical data to monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational quality measures.
• Develop and maintain reports to track performance against quality metrics (e.g., HEDIS, CMS measures).
• Identify trends and areas for improvement in clinical quality measures.

SQL Development:

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from large databases.
• Create and maintain stored procedures, triggers, and database scripts for reporting and analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with database queries and data accuracy.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with clinical and operational teams to understand data requirements and objectives.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to relevant healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, NCQA).
• Stay updated on changes in clinical quality measurement guidelines and adapt processes accordingly.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytics accuracy.
• Develop documentation for data analysis processes and SQL scripts.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in CQM analysis, data analytics, or a similar role in the healthcare industry.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL development, including query optimization and database management.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and electronic health records (EHR).
