Job Description
8 Years of Java Dev and Prod support expereince. Spring boot,Microservices are required skill for SSE .
Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all offshore services for CGI s customers.
Provide production support for clients which involves monitoring, analysis, bug fixing etc
Provide 24X7 Support
Handle migration and patching activities for O/S servers, application servers, middleware s, DB servers etc
Coordinate with onshore team and agencies for day to day activities
Flexible to support on 24X7 shift/weekends.
Enhancements/Customization of the product based on client requirement (Nice to Have)
