SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors applications, ensuring alignment with HR processes and business needs. The SAP SuccessFactors Analyst will work closely with HR teams and IT to optimize the platforms functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement new features or processes as required.

Experience:
4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, etc.
Experience with SuccessFactors configurations, data management, and reporting.
Familiarity with integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Suite and its modules.
Experience with SAP reporting tools (e.g., Advanced Reporting, Report Center).
Knowledge of data management tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, data validation processes).
Understanding of SAP integrations (e.g., SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA) and basic integration principles (e.g., OData, APIs, middleware).

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, vendors).
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Nice to have,
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
Experience with global HR processes and systems.
Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Project management experience, particularly in HRIS or SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
