Job Title: Workday HCM Implementation & Systems Manager
Location: Remote (India)
Reports To: Chief People Officer

As we continue to expand our capabilities, we are implementing Workday to streamline and
enhance our Human Capital Management (HCM) processes. We are seeking an experienced and
certified Workday HCM professional to play an integral role in this transformational initiative.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Workday HCM Implementation & Systems Manager to take an active leadership role in the implementation of Workday HCM internally. This individual contributor role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless deployment and will manage the Workday system post-go-live. This role also involves serving as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) as Connor Group builds out its Workday practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Key Role In Workday Implementation: Actively participate, own, and execute alongside
the internal team the full lifecycle of the Workday HCM implementation, including project
planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• System Management: Post-implementation, take responsibility for the ongoing
management, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday system.
• Internal SME: Act as the go-to expert for all Workday HCM-related queries and issues,
providing guidance and support across the organization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance and
client-facing teams, to ensure the Workday system meets the organizations needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and
business processes, implementing best practices in alignment with organizational goals.
• Future Integrations: Collaborate with IT, Finance and other departments to plan and
execute future Workday modules, such as Projects, FP&A planning, etc.
Qualifications:
• Workday Certification: Certified in Workday HCM (required).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Human Capital Management, with at least 5 years of
hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules, with additional
expertise in Workday Projects and Financials as a plus.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading successful Workday implementations and
management post go-live.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business
requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
across departments and regions.
• Work Environment: Work remotely from India, with a flexible schedule to overlap with US
working hours.
