Job Description
Custodian of HR functions in line with the Corporate HR policy.
Management of IR.
Planning and Catalyzing Cultural and Skill Development of the HR in the Unit.
Ensure effective deployment of the Corporate HR policies.
Plan and Develop manpower plan as per the Unit Budget/Plan and ensure deployment as per the same.
Identifying and developing employees in the Unit by way of Training/Job Rotation.
Be a catalyst in Cultural Development / increasing the engagement level of the employees.
Manage and maintain healthy IR at the Unit level so as to ensure smooth day to day functioning of the operations.
Ensure timely processing of salaries of all the employees of the UnitEnsure and firmly manage all administrative activities like Security, Canteen, Plant Discipline, Safety, Housekeeping, etc.
Monitor and extend all Welfare amenities as per the schedule like Uniform, Shoes, Safety Equipment, etc.
Ensure compliance of statutory requirements as per the provisions of law.
Manage and control the deployment of Indirect ManpowerMonitor and Assist legal practitioners in all legal matters of the company pending before various courts.
Champion CSR related activities
