Job Description

The Senior Executive - After Sales Service for Transformers is responsible for providing exceptional after-sales service for transformer products, ensuring their optimal performance, maintenance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and managing service-related operations to enhance the customer experience and maintain long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • After-Sales Support : Provide technical support and assistance to customers for transformer products, addressing issues related to installation, performance, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs : Diagnose technical faults and failures in transformers, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted service.
  • Installation Support : Assist in the installation and commissioning of transformers, ensuring proper setup and customer training on product usage.
  • Maintenance Coordination : Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of transformers and ensure their efficient operation.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with customers by offering timely and effective after-sales service, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Technical Training : Provide training to customers or field service teams on product features, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques to enhance their understanding of transformer systems.
  • Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of transformer systems, including their design, operations, and troubleshooting methods, to provide accurate and effective support.
  • Service Documentation : Keep detailed records of service activities, including maintenance logs, repair history, and customer feedback, for quality assurance and future reference.
  • Service Optimization : Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, reduce response time, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Feedback and Reporting : Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance and after-sales service quality, providing insights to product development and quality assurance teams for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and Safety : Ensure that all after-sales service activities comply with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Experience : Proven experience in after-sales service, technical support, or maintenance roles, particularly within the transformer or electrical equipment industry.
  • Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of transformer systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Customer Focused : Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage client expectations and provide effective solutions.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and providing clear technical guidance.
  • Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage service requests to meet deadlines and customer needs.
  • Teamwork : Ability to collaborate effectively with other service teams, engineers, and departments to provide comprehensive support.
  • Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail in documentation, service tracking, and quality control.
