Job Description
The Deputy Manager - R&D is essentially a role of Mechanical Design Expert.
The incumbent should have the following technical competencies:
- Advanced knowledge in design and development of Railway Products like Traction Motor, Converters etc.
- Advanced knowledge and hands on experience in CAD tools like Solid works, NX, AutoCAD.
- Advanced knowledge and hands on experience in CAE tools like ANSYS.
- Advanced knowledge and hands on experience in CFD tools like Solid works Flow Simulation, Electronics Cooling & ANSYS CFX.
- Knowledge on SAP tools is preferred.
- Knowledge on GD&T is preferred.
- Knowledge on project management, Configuration management and change management tools
