Job Description
- Design and simulate innovative power electronics products using new topologies.
- Improve the quality and performance of existing products.
- Manage and adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure timely deliveries.
- Oversee the quality and technical aspects of subcontracted projects.
- Conduct risk reduction modeling, testing, and detailed problem analysis.
- Participate in project reviews to manage and update project backlogs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree with 5-7 years of experience, or Master s degree with 1-2 years of experience, from reputed universities.
- Strong knowledge of embedded C/C++, assembly language for 16/32-bit microcontrollers.
- Experienced with control processors such as STM, TI, and Microchip, and DSP implementations for power converters.
- Proficient in communication protocols such as USB, RS232, RS485, and CAN.
- Familiar with various topologies and circuits in power electronics.
- Expertise in embedded software testing, including use of different testing tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, TeamCity, and version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of OOPs, Linux, SNMP, and MODBUS Ethernet/network.
- Excellent analytical skills and interest in high-level technologies.
- Strong schematic and PCB/system knowledge.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; French language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in an Agile environment
