Global Process Expert - Global Labelling Business Process

Accountabilities:

As a Global Process Expert, you will drive the need for process harmonization and use of global standards. You will own key process metrics, monitor and drive continuous improvement, and lead in coaching and developing technical skills. You will also support Regional Process Champions and Local Process Experts in maintaining compliance, resolving process queries, and problem-solving. Additionally, you will lead process audits and projects to deliver performance improvement and mitigate risks.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Experience of designing and operating processes for a global enterprise with significant geographical and functional footprint.

- Experience of business transformation driven by process improvement.

- Experience of managing project work streams/subprojects.

- Good understanding of business process management and Lean.

- Team working/influencing skills.

- Experience of working in the Pharmaceutical industry in Regulatory.

- Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Regulatory Practice.

- Experience of Artwork Management processes and systems in a Regulated environment.

- Fluent in English (written and verbally).
