Group Product Manager (Neuro/ Respiratory / Gastro / Derma

Main Purpose of the Role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy for one or more of the organization's strategically significant or complex products/services. Ensure the achievement of established sales, revenue, and market share objectives while addressing customer needs in highly specialized therapy areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Sales
- Design and implement marketing strategies to position products effectively in the market, meeting or exceeding sales and market share targets.
- Develop and oversee product launch plans, including market penetration strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and manage detailed sales forecasts and budgets to align with organizational goals.
Market Analysis & Insights:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand domestic and international trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate product performance through customer feedback and market analytics, identifying areas for improvement.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and regulatory, to drive product development and necessary modifications.
- Assess and identify changes to existing products/services to better align with evolving customer needs and market conditions.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales volume, revenue, and costs, to evaluate the success of marketing strategies.
- Adapt plans and strategies to address gaps in performance, ensuring sustained product growth.
Advertising & Promotions:
- Partner with advertising and promotional teams to design impactful sales campaigns and marketing collateral tailored to target audiences in specialized therapy areas.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in marketing and product management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally in neuro, respiratory, gastro or any therapy segments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Expertise in product lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with global regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to the healthcare sector.
