We are looking for a Project Manager for an Indian Pharmaceutical MNC based in Mumbai
The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution and successful completion of projects within the company. This role demands effective management of timelines, budgets, and project scope, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on schedule and within the defined parameters. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance, and Human Resources (HR), to ensure the achievement of project goals and overall success.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning & Execution :
- Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
- Lead regular project team meetings to ensure alignment on objectives, progress, and milestones.
Project Monitoring & Risk Management:
- Manage the daily execution of projects, ensuring adherence to the established timelines and plans.
- Continuously track project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Utilize project management tools and systems to monitor and report on performance metrics and overall progress.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including team members, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide consistent and comprehensive project updates to the Managing Director and senior leadership team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure continued support and alignment on project goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated ability to define and communicate strategic objectives that drive business growth and innovation.
- In-depth understanding of business operations, financial management, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
