Finance Manager - Business Support (10-12 yrs)

A well reputed Paints manufacturing company is looking for

Finance Manger - Business Support for Mumbai location

JD:

- Assist in Business Planning, Tracking of actual performance vs budgets

- Analysis of business performance and support business to improve profitability and working capital management

- Record, report, analysis & MIS of Product wise profitability

- Preparing MIS deck as per agreed timelines.

- Work closely with R&D team, purchase team for cost optimization.

- Supply chain finance- efficiency trackers.

- Actual Costing, Variance analysis and identifying areas of improvement in operations

- Analyzing actual manufacturing costs & preparing periodic reports comparing standard cost to actual production cost

- Initiating & evaluating cost reduction ideas.

Educational Background and Work Experience

Educational Background:

CMA Preferable or CA with 10-12 years of experience in manufacturing set up.

Work Experience:

Worked in costing & MIS function of a mid/large size chemical/pharma/FMCG company.

Good working knowledge of SAP in a manufacturing industry
