Hiring Graduates for Time Office Department at VFY Business Grasim Inds. Ltd.

Location: Kalyan, MH

• Gratuity payments and F&F settlements of workmen
• Working knowledge of Gratuity laws and Labor laws will be added advantage
• Mediclaim policy, leave valuation & P&B working coordination
• Wages processing, compliances and maintaining MIS reports
• Access Control System (turnstiles, card readers and card printer)
• Preparation of ID cards and synchronize cards with location of working department
• Overtime authorization in the system
• Attend shift work and authorization of attendance in the time office module
• Will be working in shift if required as per work schedule
• Adjust (hours) hours worked and any time off (leave) an employee has recorded
• Approve an employees timecard at the end of each pay period
• Have visible access to an employee’s time worked and leave
• View an employee’s vacation, sick leave, and comp time balances and total hours worked

Pre-requisites:

• Any Graduate with 3-5yrs relevant work experience post qualification
• Experience working in manufacturing industry will be added advantage
• This is full-time on company's payroll job
