Job Description

  • To achieve the monthly and annual Collection targets, thereby contributing to achieve Branch target, as a whole
  • Responsible to effect recoveries under existing NPA cases and for up-gradation (Roll Back/Normalization OTS) of the allocated NPA cases
  • To convert collections through Cash and PDC to ECS / NACH
  • To ensure strict compliance on same day collection entry in ERPS and handover of daily collection to Branch Accountant
  • To adhere to company-defined, ethical and acceptable collection practices
  • Managing a team of collection executive and keep a track of their day to
