Role Senior Manager Fundraising

Role Purpose: To develop and deepen relationships with existing donors. Increase corporate
partnerships with leading organizations.

Reporting To: Chief Fundraising Officer

Location: Candidates must be preferably based in Mumbai and reporting to Head office.
Head Office: Sandeepany Sadhanalaya, Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Mumbai

Education: Graduate. Post Graduate preferable

1. Experience (in years): Min 7-8 years experience. Preferably 10 years plus. Either in corporate sales or in NGO handling fund raising.
   • Must be a strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset, capable of identifying
   innovative opportunities and overcoming challenges effectively.
   • Building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, leveraging empathy
   and adaptability to engage effectively.
   • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of CSR
   trends and regulations.
   • Detail-oriented approach to work and data-driven, they ensure accuracy in documentation
   and compliance while using analytics to optimize fundraising initiatives.
   • Passionate and committed to the organizations mission, they work collaboratively across
   teams to achieve and exceed goals.
   • With strong communication skills and unwavering integrity, fostering trust and transparency
   in all dealings, driving impactful and sustainable fundraising efforts.
   

• Role Description
  Corporate Fundraising and Engagement
  • Identify potential corporate and institutional partners to raise CSR funds through organized
  research and networking.
  • Build relationships with CSR contacts, participating in events like marathons and employee
  engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with core committees, devotees, and external influencers to generate leads and
  secure CSR funding opportunities.
  • Develop and submit grant proposals to solicit funding from corporate and institutional
  partners.
  • Drive DSR partnerships, crowd funding campaigns and donor engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with HNIs, corporate donors to scale CCMTs initiatives.
  Program Execution
  • Manage day-to-day activities related to fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work closely with fundraising field representatives and champions from centres to plan and
  execute programs and events aimed at fundraising.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Operations, and Communications to manage
  documentation, regulatory compliance, and communications.
  • Ensure all regulatory compliance and due diligence requirements are met.
  Donor Management
  • Drive donor retention and growth through engaging events, programs, follow-up emails, calls,
  and in-person visits.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with donors through periodic updates, reports,
  and reach-out programs.
  • Track donor payments and grants to ensure proper allocation and utilization.
  • Issue relevant CSR donor receipts and certificates in compliance with the CSR Act.
  Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising methods, programs, events, and
  campaigns, aiming to improve future outcomes.
  • Generate and submit fund utilization statements and quarterly reports to the appropriate
  regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain accurate donor data by uploading it to the CRM platform.
