Job Description
- Center Manager is delivery leader for the center focused on specific region(s) for client(s) account
- Responsible for Center Delivery Team, Client Interactions and Relations and CSAT , and Internal Leadership communication.
- Closely works with Relationship Manager and Delivery teams
- Responsible for Contribution Margin for The center
- Responsible for Delivery led growth
- Co Responsible for overall revenue growth in VBU (Virtual Business Unit comprised of multiple client accounts )
- Over all responsible for Project and Program Quality , Cost and Schedule targets for all programs and projects under the center
- Manage and extend existing customer relationships to acquire new projects for the Centre.
- Ensure operational efficiency and optimum resource utilization in the delivery of projects and monitor yield and utilization regularly
- Identify and adhere to quality and technical standards in the delivery of projects of the Centre
- Appraise and coach team members to improve their performance and develop their competencies, establishes succession plans and uninterrupted service delivery to client
- Comply with all Quest Global policies and relevant timelines.
- Adhere to process timelines in recruitment and performance management.
