JOB DESCRIPTION Project Coordinator

The project coordinator is responsible for managing various ADHOC requests, by collaborating with different stakeholders, tracking the status of tasks in different systems, and ensuring that the tasks are completed on time.

• Reviews and approves the vendor/Independent contractor invoices by the due date
• Manages access requests from vendors/in-house employees for various Cengage platforms.
• Deploys supplement/additional final deliverable files to Cengage systems per the standard TAT.
• Resolves rights & permissions, accessibility, and account setup related enquiries/requests from the users.
• Monitors the Cengage account validity at regular intervals and ensures the accounts are renewed/terminated on time by following up with the vendors.
• Assesses permissions log for all the titles and archive the logs in Cengage system.
• Handles conversion requests from the content team, and ensures the received requests are completed within the stipulated time, and billing is completed within the agreed time frame.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors/Masters degree
• 0 to 2 years of experience in the publishing industry.
• Able to clearly communicate in Business English with the ability to translate information to and from stakeholders and to report effectively to management
• Preferable - system skills: JIRA, Smartsheet, Workfront, MS Office applications
• Analytical skills, solutions-oriented, process-focused, strategic thinking
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
