Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Investment Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in private equity (PE), focusing on both U.S. and Indian markets. The role involves financial analysis, due diligence, and supporting senior investment professionals in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform financial modelling, due diligence, and market research for investment opportunities.

- Build and maintain financial models (LBO, DCF, Comparable Company Analysis).

- Assist in preparing investment memos and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Monitor portfolio performance and support deal execution.

- Conduct industry and market research to identify investment trends.

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in PE, with exposure to U.S. and Indian markets.

- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.

- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
