Android Developer Technical Lead

Job Role: Senior Android Developer

📍 Experience: 5 to 10 years
📍 Shift: General
📍 Location: Remote/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Android App Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Android applications using Kotlin/Java.
✔ UI/UX Implementation: Work closely with designers to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces following Material Design principles.
✔ API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
✔ Performance Optimization: Improve app efficiency, responsiveness, and battery consumption.
✔ Code Quality & Security: Write clean, maintainable code following best practices, ensuring security and performance.
✔ Database Management: Work with Room Database, SQLite, and cloud-based databases (Firebase, Firestore).
✔ Version Control & CI/CD: Utilize Git, GitHub/GitLab, and automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
✔ Testing & Debugging: Implement unit tests, UI tests, and automated testing using Espresso, JUnit, and Mockito.
✔ Google Play Deployment: Manage app releases, versioning, and store optimizations.
✔ Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Guide junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Requirements:

🔹 Proficiency in Kotlin & Java for Android development.
🔹 Strong experience with Android SDK, Jetpack Components, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
🔹 Hands-on expertise with Firebase, Retrofit, WebSockets, and push notifications.
🔹 Experience in integrating payment gateways, maps, and third-party SDKs.
🔹 Knowledge of multi-threading, coroutines, and performance tuning.
🔹 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
🔹 Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Experience in publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play Store.
