Deputy Manager / Manager International Business

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new international business development opportunities in the assigned territories, by way of historical sales trends, market research and direct market feedback from the stakeholders.
• Proactively identify potential partners or acquisitions overseas to expand our presence and offerings.
• Lead the end-to-end process of launching and scaling our business in the designated geographies including RA co-ordination from dossier submission to MA receipt.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D and Production teams to ensure seamless product launches and timely deliveries.
• Manage and nurture customer/client relationships throughout the entire sales cycle, including handling client trainings, product support, apprehensions, complaints and feed-forwards.
• Drive lead generation, prospecting, and conversion through effective business development strategies.
• Identify and participate in potential tenders / bulk purchase requests.
• Exhibit exceptional negotiation skills while interacting with partners and clients.
• Demonstrate strong ownership of business development initiatives, from concept to execution.
• Exhibit flexibility to travel, both locally and internationally, based on business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

5-10 years of experience into International Business/Export.
