MARKETING MANAGER

1. Develop and manage the business relationships with KOLs (Surgical & Radiation Oncologist) & Key Super Specialist focusing on the promotion of core medical oncology services.

2. Manage a team of Cancer Care Coordinators and closely monitor the day to day sales functioning.

3. Work closely with consultants of MOC and team members to arrange value added speaker programs, CME’s, educational workshops, patient interactions and other programs for reach and catchment penetration (Novel unique sales & business initiatives)

4. Maintain up-to-date database of sales and marketing activities.

5. Competition mapping of Healthcare Institutions in the geography & Payor mix tracking of the catchment.

6. Budgeting & sales tracking (Maintaining sales & marketing deck)

7. MOU’s & Agreements with nursing homes & hospitals for business developments and continuum of care.

8. D2C activities to be executed across the defined catchment.

9. Business forecasting & analytics for better prognostic approach.

10. Managing ORC- Out reach clinics, satellite clinics & visiting model attachments for consultants.
