Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead business growth in third-party manufacturing (large volume) within our pharmaceutical division. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience exclusively in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of contract manufacturing, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand the third-party manufacturing business.
• Identify and onboard new clients for contract manufacturing services.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies and distributors.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and industry trends.
• Negotiate and finalize business contracts with clients.
• Collaborate with production, regulatory, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and forecasts to management.
• Target: Minimum ₹2 Crore business per month

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 7 years in pharmaceutical marketing (mandatory).
• Industry Expertise: Hands-on experience in third-party or contract manufacturing.
• Strong Network: Established connections with pharmaceutical clients and businesses.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals and establish long-term partnerships.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and compliance standards.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for client interactions.
• Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Pharmaceuticals, Business, or a related field.
• Location can be WFH too.
