Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in the solar or electrical equipment sector. The individual should be adept at building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets while promoting our high-quality solar products across the specified regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence in the given region.
• Drive the sales of solar products including inverters, solar panels, DC cables, and connectors to customers across various industries.
• Identify potential clients and build strong, long-term relationships with them.
• Provide technical advice to clients and assist with product recommendations to meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitors.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the companys products and services.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Education: BE/BTech, MBA, or equivalent degree.
• Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in solar equipment or electrical equipment sales.
• Strong understanding of solar products, such as inverters, solar panels, DC cables, connectors, and other electrical components.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territories
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of solar industry regulations and standards.
• Experience working with distributors, contractors, or EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firms) in the solar space.
