Looking for a Growth Marketer for a D2C Footwear based out of Bengaluru!.
Job responsibilities:.
1) Develop Comprehensive Growth Strategy:.
- Formulate and execute a full-funnel growth strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across multiple channels.
- Analyze market trends and customer behaviour to identify new growth opportunities, optimize conversion rates, and improve customer experience.
- Work closely with the executive team to align growth goals with broader business objectives.
2) Lead Paid Advertising (Google & Meta):.
- Own all aspects of performance marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital ad platforms, optimizing for ROAS, CAC, and overall growth.
- Strategically manage budgets, conduct A/B testing, and refine campaigns to maximize the efficiency of paid media efforts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and test new formats for better engagement.
3) Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):.
- Lead CRO efforts to improve on-site performance, enhance user experience, and increase conversion rates across key touchpoints, such as the website and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing on product pages, checkout flows, and user interfaces to identify opportunities for improving conversion metrics.
- Implement iterative changes based on data insights to refine the user journey and optimize for both first-time and repeat purchases.
4) Retention & Lifecycle Marketing:.
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing, SMS, and push notification strategies aimed at improving customer retention and maximizing lifetime value.
- Use customer data to segment audiences, delivering personalized and timely campaigns to boost engagement and reduce churn.
- Design loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and retention campaigns that keep customers coming back.
5) Data Analytics & Performance Reporting:.
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all growth channels, using data insights to refine strategies and drive performance improvements.
- Provide detailed growth reports and analysis to the executive team, offering actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to optimize campaigns and measure success.
Qualifications:.
- You have a proven track record in scaling fashion/footwear brands through paid advertising strategies for 4+ years.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and have a hustle mindset.
- You're highly analytical, data-driven, and capable of owning growth channels.
- You possess a deep understanding of D2C growth mechanics and are excited to lead impactful campaigns.
