JOB PURPOSE

To frame conceptualization and creation of architectural drawings for specified projects

PRIMARY KPAs

Understanding client requirements &.

analyzing site conditions

Development of conceptual plans for

short listed projects

Create macro budgets to support

project development estimation

Liaison with appointed consultants

transfer of concept to drawings and timely delivery

• Validate tender drawings
• Integrating services inputs with designs/drawings
• Support HODs in reviewing internal product.

INTERFACE

BD To support maximizing FSI and

concept drawings

Sales & Marketing Creation of

presentation

drawings and marketing collaterals

Projects For providing GFCs and

Ensuring services integration

• F&A For providing budget estimations and

payment schedules for consultants

• External Service Providers – Town Planners,

Design, Services and Environmental consultants.

BACKGROUND

6 – 8 years of work experience with at least last 4years in similar role with leading developer/s

Scholastic (in order of pref.) B.Arch / GD-Arch
