TITLE: Non-IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

LOCATION: Chennai

Work Mode : Work from Office only

Notice Period : Immediate joiner or 15 days.

Gender Preference: Male


About the Role : The Talent Acquisition teams mission at CBRE is to be skilled and experienced brand ambassadors that use data and innovative recruiting techniques in partnering with the business to attract and acquire diverse, high-quality talent.


The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing high-value recruitment support to Hiring Managers, championing the CBRE brand and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience.


What you will do :

  • Develop deep relationships with the business understanding their talent needs and business objectives
  • Review and assesses talent making recommendations to the business
  • Develop networks and knowledge within specialist areas in corporate functions, client accounting, real estate, property accounting and adjacent industries
  • Develop the recruitment strategy and go-to-market plan for specialist roles
  • Provide timely and effective end-to-end recruitment service to all businesses whilst engaging key stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey
  • Utilize data to assist the Hiring Manager throughout the recruitment process to inform fact-based decision making and the assessment of talent
  • Advise the Hiring Manager on compensation details within approved budgets and market rates, extends offer and negotiate terms with candidates
  • May guide diversity or Graduate/Intern recruitment initiatives depending on market requirements and priorities
  • Ensure full compliance and adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures and recruitment policies
  • Understand the importance of talent pipeline, sourcing and talent communities maintaining a robust talent database relevant to the business and future needs
  • Maintain knowledge of local employment requirements
  • Act as a brand champion to applicants, prospects and providers throughout the recruitment journey.
