Design Architect- Large format retail project in Delhi NCR

• Work Location: Client Corporate office (Delhi NCR)
• Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized university.
• Requirement: Immediate

Experience:

1. Architects with 5 to 8 years of experience in Commercial Base build Design + Interior projects. Large format Retail Store/Warehouse Design + Planning experience is a plus. The role will be based out of Clients corporate office in each of the locations.
2. Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, materials, and construction techniques.
3. Technical Skills : Autodesk AutoCAD , Adobe Photoshop /Creative Suite, Sketchup /3D modelling + Rendering, Well versed with MS office. , Revit (optional)

Job Description:

• Assist the client's design team in planning of stores/warehouses
• Architect will support site selection and acquisition process with feasibility and site evaluations and support in capturing and evaluating relevant input from expansion team and zonal due diligence, with the requirements in a structured and documented manner.
• Architect will work with the client design team to obtain the design requirements from functions such as retail and commercial, safety & security, facilities, real estate and construction and other key stakeholders
• Having fair ideas about NBC and local bylaws of the states.
• Good understanding of retail planning, facade designing, and MEP services.
• Good understanding of the latest materials and technology in the field of architecture.
• Report to the client / clients representative and work with the client throughout the project stages
• Provide the support required for coordination with client appointed Design Consultants
• Review the 'Good for Construction' drawings being issued for construction and report any proposed changes and their implications to client
• She/He should be creative in coming up with solutions and analytical in thinking. Her/his strengths shall be in the area of Design with client customers always in focus.
• Report to the client / clients representative and work with the client throughout the project stages
• Provide the support required for coordination with client appointed Design Consultants
• Review the 'Good for Construction' drawings being issued for construction and report any proposed changes and their implications to client
