Job Description Transport Executive

• Well versed with Employee Transportation.
• Coordinating with Vendor Supervisor for the vehicle requirement and placing the vehicles on time.
• Managing entire shift
• Checking the consolidated vehicle placement report on daily basis.
• Preparation of tracking report and update status on every day.
• Ensure end to end pick-up and dropping process should be adhered.
• Ensure trips are performed through Transport APP.
• Ensure all trips allocation as per the TAT / SLA.
• Ensure all cabs should report on time at SLOTS / Pick-up point.
• Ensure availability of escort guard wherever applicable in cabs during security window.
• Ensuring incident/ accident reporting should be done post investigating the facts and share the report post RCA within the TAT.
• Penalties wherever applicable need to be share based on SLA with respective Manager for review and necessary action in the tool.
• Need to have structured approached while addressing the colleagues during departure.
• Over speeding cases to be monitored through GPS and to be shared with the Manager and Vendor.
• Driver, transport supervisor and escort guard briefing wherever applicable at awareness of processes and safety aspects.
• Amendment of daily Feedback, Suggestion, and Complaint tracker and action on the same within SLA.

Qualifications

• Graduate
• Prior experience in employee transport management of at least 5 to 6 years.

Skills

• Transport Supervisor & Vendor Management.
• Good Communication and Presentation skills.
• Willing to Learn and implement new techniques to reduce cost
• Willing to give 100% commitment

Should be flexible to work in rotational shift (24x7).
