Senior Executive - Transport Vendor Management

Purpose :

• To coordinate with existing SL vendors for project specific commercials as and when received
• SL project alignment with regional, city level vendors and program team • Discussion with Vendor / Project teams for the terms and condition and commercials.
• Keep monthly track of of vendor for SL biz. • To handle the escalation calls for all queries and escalations regarding SL.

Activity :

• Conduct Monthly and Quarterly SL Vendor Performance review with the team and publish report
• To coordinate with existing vendors for bills validation
• To coordinate with Site & Finance team for vendor payment
• Central monitor for all SL escalation Track & Trace.
• Central monitor coordination between Vendor & PMT for new biz.
• Maintain monthly tracker of SL vendor.
