Graphics Designer | CBRE Gurgaon

Responsibilities

• Provide creative expertise by conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions for property marketing projects, including marketing campaigns, digital assets, print materials, marketing brochures, presentations, business pitches, event collaterals, campaigns, microsites and more.
• Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications and materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the creative output of the team.
• Present creative concepts and designs to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
• Occasionally collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support project requirements.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth within the team.
• Uphold CBRE's values and ethical standards in all interactions and activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within the real estate or property industry.
• Candidate must be comfortable to work in Singapore time zone
• Strong graphic design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and thoughtful designs through a variety of projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premium Pro, After Effects, Adobe XD etc.) and other design tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS PowerPoint, MS Word etc.).
• Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative ideas effectively.
• Proven track record of managing and juggling concurrent creative assignments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing client relationships.
• Passion for creativity and a commitment to delivering exceptional work.
• Video-editing capabilities a definite advantage.
