Role - Procurement Manager (Lead)

Responsibilities

• Procure all necessary building maintenance supplies, equipment, and services, including but not limited to:

1. Act as a central resource for multiple properties of developer MEP, Civil, HVAC, pumps parts, Electrical Plumbing Painting supplies/spares & materials
2. Cleaning, Landscaping materials
3. Tools and hardware

• Develop and maintain a database of approved vendors for building maintenance items.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and favourable terms.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Manage inventory levels of building maintenance supplies to ensure availability while minimizing carrying costs.
• Monitor vendor performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
• Develop and manage the budget for building maintenance procurement activities.
• Track expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their building maintenance needs.
• Provide regular updates to management on procurement activities and performance.
• Other duties as assigned by PM.

Preferred candidate profile

• Min. 5 years of relevant experience.
• Managing engineering related procurement.
• Should be from Engineering background.
