Job Description:The selected candidate will spearhead PR and event management initiatives, boosting Cavli's digital visibility through strategic collaboration with content and digital marketing teams. You will be formulating impactful public relations strategies, managing media relationships, and serving as the primary contact for media inquiries. Simultaneously, they will orchestrate physical and virtual corporate events, oversee logistics, align these initiatives with company goals, and manage outcomes and budgets. Utilizing strong project management and communication skills, and leveraging their knowledge of event management software, the candidate will ensure smooth event execution and brand enhancement.

Activities/Processes ,you will be involved in:

• Establishing and maintaining continual relationships with industry media personnel, influencers and publishing houses for high-impact content distribution.
• Develop comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning.
• Taking end-to-end ownership for earned media, paid media, guest posting and press releases - from outreach activities to defining timelines for publishing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Managing press releases and campaigns for new product launches
• Coordinate, plan, and carry out corporate events both domestically and internationally. These events include trade shows, conferences, and webinars, which can take place in physical locations or virtually.
• Manage logistics for field events such as vendor relationships, venue selection, contract negotiation, staffing, and onsite event management.
• Track and report event outcomes, including attendee data and feedback, to inform future planning and demonstrate ROI.
• Handle crisis management during events and serve as the primary point of contact for any event-related inquiries or issues.

Required skill -sets

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of topics like B2B marketing & product marketing management.
• Proven experience in public relations, media relations, and/or event management
• Strong media network and existing relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Crisis management and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in planning and executing media events and campaigns.
• Familiarity with media monitoring and analytics tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software tools
• Proficiency in media monitoring tools and techniques is necessary to track media coverage and sentiment
• Should be skilled in building and nurturing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals
• Should stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Proficient in planning, coordinating, and delivering both online and in-person events, encompassing logistics like venue booking, vendor management, registration setup, and schedule handling
