Unit Head - RA Secured Operations| Ernakulam

To manage set of Retail Asset products including life cycle of loan and customer service.

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialization)
Post Graduation (Any Specialization)

1. Responsible for multiple RA products. Manage the Unit for effective functioning life cycle of Loan and compliance control.
2. All loans support EMI collection mandate.
3. Ensure day-to-day activities within the Ops & IT functions are aligned with Bank s strategic goals and objectives and are contributing fully to their achievement.
4. Ensure good coordination with biz group on various Ops and customer requirement for solutioning.
5. Management of vendors, external needs viz Stamp vendors, legal vendors, valuators etc.
6. Provide high level of customer service, timeliness, professionalism and quality of work.
7. Ensure adherence to process, policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
8. File storage including storage of property documents.
9. Drive for timely completion of PDD, Annual needs (Legal / Statutory needs) as per policy.
10. Drive compliance / audit / concurrent audit response and curing.
11. Customer Query / Complaint resolution in time and analysis for preventive fix.
12. Work simplification and Automation towards improvement in process to reduce TAT and improve productivity, Tangible reduction in cost.
13. Drive initiatives and work on projects that improve efficiency through process automation.
14. Cross-functional collaboration to identify automation opportunities and minimize access control issues.
