To analys the existing business trends and provide inteligence for strategic descisions, To prepare and track the payouts in the business and ensure that there are no leakages in the process, To share Productivity trends and help team increase the resource level productivity, To coordinate with various teams and ensure correct reporting of regulatory and other critical data requirements, To provide appraisal ddata as per the KRA sheet, to manage the KRA scorecard and publicize the same, to manage the incentive and other costs to the business, driving contest and provide regular updates, managing data centre to the business and keep the repository.
