Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialization)

• Do offsite Branch Reviews (CCTV, reports and exceptions review) and share data with field team for their visits.
• Identify exceptions in branches through offsite monitoring and send alerts to branches for assessment.
• Collate the zonal and cluster level BSQIG reports and publish MOM high risk items, learning and action taken.
• Skills to generate predictive and insightful reports.
• Identify trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports and publish the trends for business consumption.
