Job Description

The role is responsible for

Leading initiatives for development of methodologies for measurement of Operational Risk of the bank.

Develop and enhance the operational risk reporting and monitoring framework which meets the requirements of various external and internal stakeholders

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of operational risk reports. Interpret the information and suggest actions for consideration by senior management.

Assist Head - CRM & ORM in carrying out the responsibilities pertaining to Board and RMC which includes preparation of information pack and responding to data/analytical request from the committee.

Assist Head - CRM & ORM in enhancement and review of various operational risk management policies in order to ensure that these reflect the best practice and regulate the risk assets of the bank as directed by the board.

Contributing proactively to various risk related projects and initiatives owing to synergies especially on aspect pertaining to operational risk measurement

Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of operational risk management information to various stakeholders.

Ensuring that sound operational risk measurement and monitoring frameworks are developed and implemented through the organisation.

Representing risk department in various executive forum.

Experience Range : 10 to 15 Years

Qualifications :

Graduate (Any Specialisation)

Financial Risk Management (FRM)

Professional Risk Management (PRM) from Professional Risk Managers International Association (PRMIA)

CAIIB

MBA (Banking / Finance)

To report to CRO for establishing frameworks, policies, limits and processes for the identification, management, monitoring and reviewing of operational risks.
