Manager - Forex CPC| Thrissur

1. Responsible for day-to-day Transaction Processing of Trade Transactions.
2. Monitoring and compliance with eye on Automation & process improvement.
3. Responsible for TAT and customer delivery plus compliance to process.

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialisation)
Post Graduation (Any Specialisation)
CDCS qualification preferable
Trade IIBF certification JAIIB/CAIIB

1. Responsible for checking and verifying all documents in line with the trade requirements of all trade finance products (L/C, bank guarantee(s), receivables, transactional trade finance, inward outward remittances, regulatory guidelines etc. )
2. Ensuring transactions are processed and queries are resolved within TAT, thereby accountable for quality customer service and experience.
3. Smooth onboarding of customers and problem resolving.
4. Responsible for maintaining a clean portfolio by ensuring regular and timely follow ups with the sales teams and customers on regulatory documentation & reporting.
5. Effectively mitigate the risks associated with FATF which includes Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing/Sanctions risks with all escalated trade finance transactions and provide approval/escalations as necessary.
6. Effective monitoring of customers pending on IDPMS/ EDPMS, Capital Account transactions - ODI / FDI and ECB's and appropriate timely reporting to RBI.
