Proficient utilization of classroom and lab equipment:
Utilize classroom and lab equipment effectively to deliver engaging and practical training sessions.
Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that reinforce theoretical concepts.
Deliver assigned Industrial Engine Products, Systems, and Component training.
Utilize and maintain training aids and equipment setup/installation:
Utilize the training aids and tools to simulate real-world environments for hands-on learning.
Actively participate to continuously improve the training setup to match industry advancements and learner needs.
Collaborate and consult with the project team lead in developing and upgrading Industrial Engine Products, Systems, and Components Courses.
Manage the personal development process by completing the course accreditation as per the area of expertise.
Skills Qualifications You Will Have
Experience: Minimum five years of experience in technical training, Industrial Engine Products, Systems, and Component training
Relevant University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Previous CAT product knowledge would be beneficial
Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of Industrial Engine Products, Systems, and Component training
Development skills: Proven ability to design and develop training materials, including the setup and installation of training aids and lab equipment.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and Arabic is a strong advantage.
Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering complex technical content in an understandable and engaging way.
Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional project teams to develop training solutions.
Top Candidates Will Have
Experience in delivering technical training and developing/upgrading training materials.
Familiarity with instructional design principles for both in-person and web-based training.
