Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Digital Operations Support Analyst to join our Manufacturing Tower - Analytics COE-Global Finances Services Division team.
The incumbent would be responsible for providing support and idea analysis for GFSO COE strategy proposals.
What you will do
Provides support and idea analysis for GFSO COE strategy proposals.
  • Assists Analytics COE Continuous Improvement Manager in technical analysis of proposed projects.
  • Works with technical teams (datalake, IT, etc) to review data needs, risks, and maintenance requirements.
  • Researches data sources and interfaces and evaluates replication opportunities across the enterprise.
  • Provides technical cost analysis and acts as the liaison between team members proposing the idea, technical teams, and the Continuous Improvement Manager. If projects is approved and prioritized for implementation the role will support technical team business analysis and requests.
  • Creates digital mockups of proposal ideas and presents in leadership reviews.
  • May also assist in the technical progression of a proposal to production.
  • This role will need advanced capabilities working with and developing tools using Microsoft PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Query, Power Automate, Snowflake, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses.
What you will have
  • Education Qualification? Degree in Accounting or Degree in Computer Science related field with MBA
  • 3+ years experience working with data science related projects
  • Advanced capabilities working with and developing tools using Microsoft PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Query, Power Automate, Snowflake, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses.

Uses fact-finding techniques and diagnostic tools to identify problems.

Customer Support Policies, Standards and Procedures: Knowledge of the organizations customer support policies, standards and procedures; ability to guide customers on all company interactions.
Level Extensive Experience:
Collaborates with other functions on establishing and documenting joint standards.
Develops quality assurance and monitoring mechanisms.
Advises on the development of customer support policies and practices.
Implements cross-functional standards and procedures.
Evaluates the impact of standards and policies across functional specialties.
Analyzes existing and evolving procedures for their efficiency and effectiveness.

Software Product Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of technical aspects of a software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.
Level Extensive Experience:
Supports and participates in proposals of technical development of solutions for Global Finance.
Maintains and disseminates information on customer platforms and experiences.
Collects, documents and maintains product configuration requirements and instances.
Provides recommendations and documentation to field support on technical and platform issues.
Elaborates on alternative product configurations, platforms, and implementation options.
Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
Level Extensive Experience:
Supervises all aspects of an accounting function.
Consults on the effectiveness and efficiency of accounting process flow.
Oversees the process and data flow between accounting systems and sub-systems.
Develops an accounting system for the management of assets, liabilities and transactions.
Formulates accounting practices for general ledger, A-P, A-R and assets.
Evaluates the organizations and industrys practices on how capital assets are depreciated.

Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
Level Extensive Experience:
Conducts and documents analyses of a variety of financial statements and indicators.
Anticipates the potential impact of decisions based on financial data analysis.
Oversees financial analysis to evaluate organizational and managerial performance.
Evaluates financial statements and ensures regulatory compliance.
Advises others on a variety of financial tools, techniques and approaches.
Directs others work with financial and cash flow ratios and trend analyses.

Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.
Level Extensive Experience:
Designs and interprets varied and complex financial reports.
Advises others on the methods and purposes to create accurate financial reports.
Monitors and ensures accuracy of the use of a variety of financial report-writing tools.
Updates or establishes organizational standards for financial reports.
Consults others on identifying, tracing, and correcting errors in financial reports.
Creates and customizes organizational methods and procedures for financial reports.

Software Reliability Management: Knowledge of software reliability management; ability to develop and use principles, methodologies and metrics that increase software product performance and reliability.
Level Working Knowledge:
Explains the process and considerations for defining product reliability requirements.
Describes tools for gathering reliability information on installed products.
Identifies reliability activities and tasks for the product development and maintenance plans.
Monitors and analyzes system failures and corrective actions.
Works with reliability testing methods and tools.

Performance Measurement and Tuning: Knowledge of system performance, testing and programming; ability to monitor, measure, and optimize system performance and network communication.
Level Working Knowledge:
Monitors the performance of specific system components.
Researches performance objectives and requirements for a component or application.
Works with installed software tools for performance monitoring and reporting.
Validates performance characteristics for specific technologies.
Works with the performance measurements of hardware, software or network components.

Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.
Level Extensive Experience:
Emphasizes the business impact of failure and the criticality and timing of needed resolution so that problems can be avoided in the future.
Creates trouble reports for all issues found and reviews solutions for completeness and correctness.
Directs the resolution of communications problems in multi-vendor environments.
Resolves a variety of hardware, software, and communications malfunctions.
Coaches others on advanced diagnostic techniques and tools for unusual or performance-related problems.
Facilitates the distribution of releases reports and correction packages to departments or clients.
