Director - Sales - Textile Vertical - West (14-25 yrs)

The incumbent shall be responsible for sales and business development activities for Western Region by researching and developing opportunities, generating leads and implementing sales plans . The person shall be responsible to lead the Sales Team in the Region and help with identifying, generating and internal implementation of new business opportunities and models to enable the expansion of the business.

- He/She has to be with leading role Techno- Commercial skill.

- He/She should have the Industry knowledge.

- Should be familiar with CRM processes.

- Basic understanding of relevant technologies, added advantage if the person is from Robotics or Warehouse Automation.

1. Leading the West India Business - Building Pipeline

2. Leading one Vertical PAN India. ( This can be discussed with the candidate)

3. Managing the Team in West Region - Sales and Business Development

4. Achieve the Annual Target for Western Region.

5. Achieve the Annual Target PAN India for Textile Vertical

6. Develops and Implements the Strategy for growth in the region.

7. Negotiation with Customer and responsible for Techno Commercial Offers

8. Generate Enquires and work closely with Solution Team

9. Train and develop the team
