Head - Sales - Retail (15-25 yrs)

One of our esteemed client into processed food industry hiring for 'Sales Head' role.

Required Skill Set:

1. Excellence in managing the entire spectrum of Sales & Marketing and Business Development exploring potential business avenues & managing operations for achieving the business targets.

2. Handling team of RSM,ASM and other stakeholders for sales operation.

3. Spearheading the setup of infrastructure across India starting from CFA's, Distributors, Sales & Marketing Team and RTM.

4. Formulating business plans / projections in-line with organizational vision and driving business growth through identification and penetration of new market segments.

5. Conceptualizing & implementing competitive marketing strategies for driving primary & secondary sales; developing & expanding distribution for achieving revenue & volume targets.

6. Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable distribution resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share metrics.

7. Driving new changes and implementation of Distribution Network System (DNS) to get more data visibility which leads to better managerial decisions.

8. Creating and executing demand generation and account-based programs with key focus on driving sales and relationship building from assigned client accounts.

9. Expanding the Retail Network by appointing and attaching under respective area distributors

10. Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in sales operations.

11. Reporting Competitive activities, schemes related development in the market.
