Regional Manufacturing Excellence Manager - FMCG/Food/Beverages (10-15 yrs)

One of our renowned MNC client is looking for "Regional Manufacturing Excellence Manager" based at Kolakata.

1.To lead key projects for improvement across all levels of the organization. Collaborate with several teams across functions and hierarchy to re-engineer processes.

2.Developing long-term strategies for the region incorporating Six Sigma, Agile, TPM, Lean and other practices. The goal is to facilitate progress, reduce costs enhance quality and performance. Establish performance measurement and monitoring tools as well as maturity profiling of various industrial sites.

3.Analyze existing business processes using various methods such as gap analysis or PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) to find opportunities for improvement as well as losses and troubleshoot further to determine root causes.

4.To coach, coordinate workshops and team trainings, openly sharing guidance and technical expertise and ensuring that learning resources are widely available. Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization.
