Job Description
The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for scrubbing, researching and reaching out through email and
client relationship management tools to U.S. Government Agencies in order to acquire meaningful data and
information. The role also includes primary assessment of data within documents to ensure
comprehensiveness and accuracy of information.
This role will closely partner with US data analyst to driver coverage expansion with effective CRM management.
- Research & communicate through email and CRM tools with US government agencies to acquire data regarding spending, bids, contacts, contracts.

- Collect, scrub, maintain relevant information including US government agencies website, data
sources and contact details to support the Data Acquisition workflow.
- Understand and operate within the public records laws & submit public records requests to
government agencies.
- Perform & support effective account management and log all activities in the CRM system.
- Review information within documents and evaluate for data usability, quality, and content.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in with any specialization or similar preferred
Excellent professional written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and partners
Experience with CRM tools is preferred & strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Good interpersonal skills to navigate conversations following best practices
Preferred experience 0 to 2 years in outreach process eco system preferably for the US region
Preferred to work from office minimum of three days in a week
