Zonal Head - Collection - NBFC/Bank/FinTech (10-18 yrs)

Role Description

- Collection leader with the hands on analytical skills to handle West Field Collection

- Must be efficient enough to setup Field collection team, especially Tier 2, 3 & 4 Markets.

- Responsible for Collection efficiency and Cost of collection. NPA, Recovery and Legal management Handy.

- Collection Team Management including capacity planning, forming allocation logic, regular review, training/coaching the team members at all levels in the vertical.

- To ensure given KPIs, SOPs, functional guidelines and ensure accuracy and completeness of collection transactions, bucketing, agency allocation logics.

- Ensuring code of conduct, compliance and laid process are followed without any deviation by the entire team members.

Attributes we are looking for

- 10+ years of experience, with experience in Collection Management - Multi State Level assignments. Experience in New age NBFCs or Banks or Fintech is mandatory.

- Experience of managing West Field Collection is mandatory.

- Comfortable in setting infrastructure and must have experience in Hard bucket collections and Legal initiations.

- Ability to get down and dirty on the ground to speak to customers and agents to figure out actual problems and fix them.

- High Proficiency in MS Excel.
