Job Description
This role is about fulfilment of EPR compliance of companies which deal in Plastic,
Battery, Electronic Waste, Tyre, and Lubricant Oil waste. The candidate needs to ensure that the entire legal compliance of the client is taken care in a professional manner without any surprises to the team as well as the customer.
1. Customer:
a. KYC: understanding the customer continously
b. Explaining legal requirements, documents to customers and getting required details
c. Verification of the details and keeping the checklist ready
d. Submission of online application forms
e. Assisting the customer with all kinds of queries in the entire lifecycle
