Product Manager

Business Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery workflows, systems,

market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform the product and

solution roadmap

• Contribute to and execute on a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall

solution strategy, vision and goals.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to

translate solution strategy into actionable plans and deliverables, which inform the

Product strategy and roadmap.

• Work closely with cross functional stakeholders, both within and outside of the R&D

organization to gather requirements for product development.Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-

quality features.

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business priorities and technical

constraints. Champion user-centric design principles to ensure that solutions (product +

services) are intuitive, efficient, and provide an exceptional user experience across

digital and non-digital channels.

• Work closely with UX/UI teams to create user interface designs that enhance usability

and accessibility.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform services and regularly analyze and

report on the performance metrics.

• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize the

platform

• Ensure that platform and digital application suite comply with industry regulations and

standards of the US healthcare sector.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in product management, with at least 2+ years in the cloud

software industry.

• Strong track record of leading a cross-functional team to deliver market leading

products.

• Knowledge of Salesforce (Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud / Service Cloud) would be a

great added advantage.

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with agile product development cycles and tools.

Skills

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with abilities to tell succinct stories,

to state things simply and persuasively to different internal, external, business and

technical audiences.

• Deep design thinking, customer empathy, market understanding, data-driven execution
• Cross-functional collaboration across time zones and countries.
• Is intuitive and attentive to user interface and user experience.
• Ideal candidates will have experience designing, developing and delivering cloud

software products.
