Role & responsibilities
1. Checking all background jobs emails running on Productions and ensure it is working fine and if there is any issue he needs to flag the respective team.
2. Basic knowledge in configuring Email accounts with IMAP/POP/Exchange in multiple office365 Email clients including android, iOS.( windows, Linux, macOS )
3. Basic experience in maintaining IT Assets Inventory, Software application inventory, smart casting.
4. Hands-on experience in AWS Services such ec2, cloudwatch, etc.,
5. Experience in handling ticketing tool such as Jira etc.,
6. Basic experience in using Jenkin Jobs configuration.
7. Experience in co-ordinating clients, internal team communication over calls/Email/Chat.
8. Basic knowledge in Software/Hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting on various operating systems in laptops/Desktops .
Preferred candidate profile
1. Hands on knowledge on EC2, Cloudwatch & AWS
2. Should have good experience in monitoring jobs, Should be checking all background jobs emails running on Productions and ensure it is working fine and if there is any issue he need to flag the respective team.
3. Basic understanding of Jenkins
4. Experience: max 3 year
5. Graduated in any field or B. Tech/B.E. would be strong
6. Should have used JIRA in his experience
7. Should be well-versed with ticket resolving raised by the customer
